Once you have used the TravelPass data allowance, they will receive notifications alerting them to the end of bundle, and then further charging will be charged at the normal data roaming rates from the customer’s core balance.
All in and out of bundle minutes will be charged on a per minute basis.
Bolt-ons can be added or removed at any time during the month. If a customer removes the plan mid-month they will still be charged the full plan cost.
Please use a data manager app to keep track of your usage while you are using your phone when off island (roaming). Many smartphones have a built in usage counter to keep track of how many minutes, texts and data you are consuming. If your smartphone has this capability please re-set the statistics once you start roaming to ensure you are keeping track of your current usage. Please note that apps and trackers are estimates and may not represent exact usage. Any minutes, texts or data used outside of the plan will be charged at regular roaming rates, check our roaming page for details on these rates.
The base plan is the minimum requirement that customers have to purchase to receive the allowance and reduced rates. The plan has an allowance of minutes, texts and data.
Your initial allowance of 30 Mins includes calls to local USA, Canada, U.K. and Bahamas numbers while in those countries, the 30 Text Messages (SMS) are classed as anywhere Text and can be used to send messages to any Mobile operator at no additional charge. The 30MB data is for use while in the USA, Canada, U.K. and Bahamas.
The bundles apply to FLOW customers roaming in mainland Canada, the continental United States, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands (USVI). MyRoaming covers roaming calls made while in mainland Canada, the continental United States, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands (USVI) and where the recipient is located in mainland Canada, the continental United States, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands (USVI).
