  • Customers signing up for a new Postpaid Mobile Service are required to pay a $200 deposit To take up this offer, existing customers can either add a new mobile service to the account or must be within 30 days of the expiration date of your current contract.
  • Existing Flow customers’ accounts must also be in good standing and must also have maintained an excellent payment history for the 3 months preceding the take up of this offer
  • All customers must sign up to a minimum 12 month Postpaid contract
  • The handset charge will be applied to the customer account over 12 months
  • Customers who choose to downgrade their plan during the period of the contract will be charged a fixed fee of $150 plus the difference between the 12 month contract phone price and the price paid on the day of purchase of the handset
  • For a flat monthly fee customers can add extra mobile services to their account and share all the allowances. This is a charge of $12.50 per month per additional number.
  • If the customer decides to cancel the service then Early Termination fees apply
