MyPlan is our mobile services available on postpaid (monthly bill). You sign up for a base plan which includes an allocation of local minutes, anywhere texts and local mobile data. Then you can tailor your plan to include additional minutes, texts and data dependent on your own requirements. The allocations included in MyPlan are available for use while in the Cayman Islands.
The MyPlan Base is the starting point for building a plan to suit your needs and wants. It is the minimum requirement that you have to purchase to become a postpaid customer. MyPlan Base has a set allowance of minutes, texts and data.
A bolt on is an additional bundle of voice minutes or text messages or mobile data that you can add to your base plan to ultimately create the mobile plan which best suits your needs and lifestyle.
The ‘MyPlans’ can be purchased on a 1, 12 or 24 month contract.
When you sign up to a 12 or 24 month contract you will get a discount on the phone at the point of purchase. There is no phone discount for customers who purchase a 1 month contract. If the phone cost is greater than the subsidy given customers will pay the remaining balance of the handset in full when they take out the plan.
When you use up your allowances of calls, texts or data you will be billed at the published out of bundle rates until the start of the new bill month at which point all your balances will be refreshed.
Yes, if you already have a handset you can still sign up to MyPlans at any time and we do offer other subsidies. Please ask in store for the latest offers available.
In plan minutes are billed on per second basis while out of plan minutes are billed on a per minute basis.
Bolt-ons can be added at any time during the month with a pro-rated charge applied at time of purchase or disconnection
You can add additional users to the ‘base’ account called family share users. These users can use all base and bolt on allowances of calls, texts and data. The allowances are all distributed between the users on a first come first serve basis. See MyPlan builder for current pricing.
No there is no handset discount for family share users.
You can sign up at any Flow Retail Outlet or authorized dealer.
Yes, just complete our Online application form and one of our sales agents will be in touch to complete the sales process. A single visit to one of our stores will be required to allow us to validate your identity and also to make a deposit payment if required as part of our credit vetting process.
Early termination fees will apply if you decide to cancel your 12 or 24 month base contract.
Yes customers will need to pass the standard credit check to take out a ‘MyPlan’.
Yes, all BB7 plans including Chat, Social and Prosumer plans can be added to a ‘base’ MyPlan. BB10 handsets use standard data packages and these can also be purchased with a ‘base’ MyPlan.
Once the plan is provisioned you will have immediate access to your allowances. Services provisioned mid-month will attract a prorated fee for the initial month and subsequently full charge for all preceding months thereafter. SMS and Voice benefits will also be prorated.
No. The bolt-ons can only be added onto our new base ‘MyPlans’. You will need to migrate to our new “MyPlan base”’ to be able to add the new bolt-ons.
The voice bolts include two elements. Local and International minutes. You're International Minutes allocation include all international destinations with the exception of the following destinations: Antarctica, Ascension, Cook Islands, Cuba, Cuba-Guantanamo, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), Solomon Islands, Guinea Bissau, Norfolk Islands, Saint Helena, Sao Tome and Principe, Syrian Arab Republic, Vanuatu (Republic Of). The local minutes includes any calls made to a Cayman fixed or Mobile number.
Anywhere texts include any local, regional, and international destination.

Yes. Bolt-ons can be added at anytime. Just speak to one of our in store “Customer Service Representatives” who will be able to assist.
Rollover allowances apply to select plans. Please visit discoverflow.ky for eligible plans. For eligible plans all unused minutes, texts or data from the previous month will expire at the end of the following month.
Yes. All existing Flow consumer plans including TT&D and iPhone will be replaced with the new ‘MyPlans’ and will no longer be offered for sale.
There is no limit to the amount of users you can have attached to the base plan.
No. We are currently reviewing our rewards policy and make an announcement very soon.
The inclusive minutes, texts and data are for Home country use ONLY. The standard roaming charges apply when travelling off island.
